5. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day "Cooling Off" Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for standard, non-personalised items for any reason:

Timeline: You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Refunds: We will refund the full cost (including standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof of return.

Standard and non-personalised in this context refers to orders which have not had custom engraving such as signs, plaques and custom engraved chopping boards. Custom engraved means engraving to your specification, such as custom names, text, logos and images.

Personalised  and custom engraved items are covered by our returns policy for manufacturing and quality defects only.

30-Day Short-Term Right to Reject: If your item is faulty within the first 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund.

Repair or Replacement: After 30 days (and up to 6 months), you are entitled to a repair or replacement. If this fails, you may then claim a refund or price reduction.

7. Digital Content and Subscriptions (if applicable)

Standard: Any digital content or software must be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

Subscriptions: In accordance with the DMCC Act 2024, we will provide clear reminders before any free trial ends or an auto-renewal occurs. Cancellation will be simple and accessible.
