Signature Life Chopping Board - Oak

Welcome to our signature Life chopping board in solid Engineered FSC-Certified sustainable Oak. The Oak is joined and engineered for maximum durability, strength and resistance to bending or splitting.

This is the original Life cutting board with our signature shape, in the regular size of 30cm long, 23cm wide and 1.8cm thick for general use in the kitchen as a chopping board, bread board and serving board, and for outdoor use such as barbeques. A large version and a set of 2 and 3 are also available in our other listings.

Also available in 2.5cm Beech with a matching Beech stand - please see our other products.

These cutting boards are entirely natural products, and we don't use any plastics or lacquers. We don't even use plastic tape; we opt for high-strength paper tape on our packaging. We use premium water-safe food-contact approved adhesive to make these boards entirely food safe, and ensure they last for years in your home.

Also available with a solid Oak and Beech board stand to display your board and help save space in your kitchen - simply select the stand option with your order.

This board is treated first with plant-based Worktop oil for deep penetration, then with pure Mineral Oil, then Citrus Oil for a deep colour and orange scent.

What is FSC Certified Timber? FSC-certified timber comes from forests that are managed to strict environmental, social, and economic standards. FSC-certified timber helps to reverse deforestation and maintain irreplaceable forests, and plant and animal species are always protected.

Care: Wipe with a damp cloth only, and please don't put it in the dishwasher!

Need a different size? See our other items for the individual Large and Medium versions, or drop us a message for a custom size. We don't charge a premium for custom sizes; just the difference in the material cost.
